1. Introduction

3. Use of the App

3.1 License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Interfering with the operation of the App, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems or networks.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All content and materials provided through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 License Grant: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content and materials provided through the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
