Neighboring Tip of the Week -Share a plate of dinner with your neighbor. If dogs win the prize for the best “third thing” in neighboring (a thing, other than you and your neighbor, that is a perfect conversation starter), then food takes a close second! Who can say no to a plate of sweet cookies or a hot, savory meal? Certainly not us!So, this week, we encourage you to share a plate of dinner with your neighbor. We love this tip because you can both experiment with it very easily and have the perfect excuse for your neighbor. You can make a little extra, or perhaps you’ve got some leftovers from the day before! Simply deliver the extra portion to your neighbor and tell them you’d love to hear about their day. Who is gonna turn down a hot, fresh, surprise of a meal?!Per usual with our food tips, be sure to utilize good pandemic hygiene in the midst of the preparation. In addition to this, we also encourage you to tell your neighbor what is in the dish you prepared and/or to ask them about their dietary restrictions or preferences. As we always say, an allergic reaction isn’t so good for your neighboring endeavor! As has always been the case in the midst of the pandemic, we first and foremost want to ensure that our neighbors stay safe.We hope you enjoy experimenting with this tip and this fun little surprise delivery!Happy Neighboring!#NeighboringWins #NeighboringICT #NeighboringMovement #SoCeLife #WichitaLifeICT
