We Care ICT Is a project of The Neighboring Movement. Our mission is to create a culture-changing movement by discovering, connecting, and mobilizing the gifts of neighbors. The We Care Team is the method for accomplishing this mission. We believe that most people care about their community, but often that care is invisible. The We Care Team makes caring visible by inviting the neighbors of Wichita to become connectors right where they live. When you join the We Care Team, you commit to showing care in your neighborhood and will be invited to participate in training on hosting a neighbor gathering.

During this hour-long training, you will learn how increasing care where you live can create cultural change for our city. Before you leave, you will be given the tools and resources to host a small gathering with a few neighbors. Our training makes it simple, accessible, and achievable for anyone who wants to increase care where they live!
