Neighboring Tip of the Week - Reflect on the neighboring experiments you’ve attempted in the last few months.
Every few months, we like to stop and reflect upon our neighboring experiments. Doing so helps us celebrate and grieve these experiences, and it also helps us move forward in a way that allows our past experiments to shape our future ones. Have you attempted any neighboring experiments in the last few months? If not, we understand, and now you have the opportunity to reflect upon if you feel energized to experiment with any in the next few months! If so, that’s awesome, and now you have the opportunity to reflect upon what those experiences were like! Here are some of our tips for neighboring experiments from the last few months:
Week 19 - Take your neighbor’s trash to the curb when you do yours. (5/08)
Week 20 - Check in on your elderly neighbors. (5/15)
Week 21 - Donate food to your neighborhood’s blessing box. (5/22)
Week 22 - Compliment a neighbor. (5/29)
Week 23 - Visit your local convenience store, allow a person to go ahead of you to checkout. (6/05)
Week 24 - Donate some gently worn clothing to your local thrift shop. (6/12)
Week 25 - Mow your neighbor’s lawn when you mow yours. (6/19)
Week 26 - Make a neighbor smile today. (6/26)
Week 27 - Hand out popsicles on a hot day. (7/03)
Week 28 - Invite a neighbor on a walk or bike ride. (7/10)
Week 29 - Offer to walk your neighbor’s dog. (7/17)
