David is the County Engagement and Community Development Specialist at the University of Missouri Extension Office, and this week, he shared with us both his journey of neighboring and advice he would give to others seeking to neighbor. He teaches a class with Missouri Extension called Neighboring 101, and it's an awesome, free course that dives deep into the practical elements of fostering relationships with your neighbors.
