Here’s a summery neighboring tip for y’all: Visit your neighborhood park and post a picture to social media to showcase the beauty!

This neighboring tip has a couple parts:

1. Visit your neighborhood park - This first part of the tip is all about knowing your neighborhood assets and then experiencing them. Do you know what park or parks might be in your neighborhood? Do you know what outdoor features they might have - fountains, basketball hoops, biking or walking paths? This week, we would encourage you to visit your neighborhood park(s) and enjoy spending time in these outdoor, public spaces within your neighborhood. Then…

2. Post a picture to social media to showcase the beauty - This second part of the tip is all about sharing about your neighborhood assets with others! Perhaps people outside your neighborhood will travel in to hangout at the park? Perhaps you’re friends with some of your neighbors who don’t even know about the park or haven’t spent time there before? This week, on whatever social media you have or prefer, we would encourage you to spotlight the beauty of your neighborhood park(s)!
